To Squeak or Not To Squeak
In this thread we will talk about squeaky shoes, bells, or some other auditory method for you as a blind person can use to keep track of your child. Me and my fiancé use bells or squeaky shoes on our son to keep track of him and it works; not to say it doesn't have its drawbacks. for example depending on the development of your child they might smart enough to crawl on all fours to avoid making sounds with shoes when getting in to things they know they are not suppose to be in or put the bells in their hands so they don't ring for the same reasons. It is a good method, not perfect but a good one in my opinion.
